On August 6, 2021, the Ministry of Labor of Thailand promulgated “Ministerial Regulation: Standardizations of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management and Operation for Machines, Cranes and Boilers B.E. 2564 (2021)” in the official government gazette. The old ministerial regulation was enacted in B.E. 2552 (2009) and has been abolished and replaced by the new ministerial regulation, which sets standards for safety management in the use of machinery in the workplace.
