Ministry of Industry in Thailand published Ministerial Regulation on Type and Size of the Factory

Ministry of Industry published a ministerial regulation regarding type and size of the factory B.E. 2563 (2020). This ministerial regulation was issued on the 5th of August 2020 in order to update the type and size of the factory to be congruent with the revision of factory operation control regulation.

This ministerial regulation concerns about necessity of supervision, prevention of annoyance, damage prevention and prevention of the impact on human and environment.
